Qigong is a type of training that affects the flow of the body’s life energy, known in Chinese as qi. Through qigong training we improve the circulation of life energy in the body and one becomes healthier, more alert with a stronger immune system and better recovery from injury.

Qigong is originally a complement to the harder and more backbreaking martial arts training, and the puprose is to strengthen and build up the body and prevent training injuries or to rehabilitate from an existing injury. Qigong is part of the regular training but one can also train it separately. Contact us for more information.
